Northampton got on the board in the bottom of the second inning after Biechy hit into a fielder's choice, Hartzell singled up the middle, Williams was struck by a pitch, Sugra hit a sacrifice fly, and Rutzmoser lined out, each scoring one run. Northampton scored six runs on one hit in the bottom of the fourth inning.
