Northampton, PA — Easton Area Junior Varsity Rovers fell 11-5 to Northampton on Wednesday. Munjone, Alvin,, and Fish each collected two hits for Easton Area Junior Varsity Rovers.
Easton Area Junior Varsity Rovers got on the board in the first inning after Pacheco singled, scoring one run. Northampton flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring six runs on three hits to take the lead, 6-1. The biggest blow in the inning was a double on a full count that drove in three. A double extended the Northampton lead to 8-1 in the bottom of the third inning.
Caudill took the loss for Easton Area Junior Varsity Rovers. The starting pitcher went two innings, allowing six runs on four hits, striking out none and walking four.
