Pinconning Varsity Spartans trailed by as many as four runs during the game. Gladwin got on the board in the top of the first inning after #18 drew a walk, scoring one run, and #17 singled, scoring three runs. Pinconning Varsity Spartans flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring five runs on five hits to take the lead, 5-4. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Colton Shelagowski that drove in three. Wieland earned the win for Pinconning Varsity Spartans.
