Farwell closed the gap by scoring on a double, a single, a ground out, and an error. Pinconning Varsity Spartans opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to two singles. Pinconning Varsity Spartans first got on the board when Cole Dzurka singled, scoring two runs. A triple by Blake Kareus, and a ground out by Dzurka helped Pinconning Varsity Spartans extend their early lead in the second. Pinconning Varsity Spartans added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Farwell committed an error, and Ryan Kowalcyzk tripled to center field, each scoring one run. Farwell scored six runs on three hits in the bottom of the seventh inning. #3 doubled, scoring two runs, #21 singled, scoring two runs, #7 grounded out, scoring one run, and an error scored one run. Colton Shelagowski earned the win for Pinconning Varsity Spartans.
