Wamego, KS — While pitching was the theme in game one, offense was the theme of game 2. Bishop Carroll jumped out to an early lead that would prove to be insurmountable. The Lady Raiders were able to cut the lead to 8-5 after a Grand Slam by Alana McCarthy in the 3rd inning. After Bishop Carroll added on two more runs, Wamego fought hard to make it a 10-8 score by a three run homer by Jovie Coon, which was her first career home run. Unfortunately, this was as close as the Lady Raiders could get.
