Strauss singled in the fourth inning, singled in the sixth inning, and singled in the first inning. Emmaus Junior Varsity Green Hornets got on the board in the top of the first inning after Chase Evans hit a sacrifice fly, Jackson Marsh doubled down the right field line, and Dom Gasper singled down the right field line, each scoring one run. A single by Marsh extended the Emmaus Junior Varsity Green Hornets lead to 4-2 in the top of the third inning. Strauss singled down the right field line following a 6-pitch at-bat, which helped Whitehall Junior Varsity Zephyrs tie the game at four in the bottom of the fourth.
