Corning, CA — Despite leading by as many as four runs, Enterprise Varsity Hornets fell to Corning Varsity Cardinals 13-7 on Tuesday at Corning Union High School.
Enterprise Varsity Hornets opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to two triples. Enterprise Varsity Hornets first got on the board when Romero tripled, scoring two runs.
Corning Varsity Cardinals took the lead in the bottom of the third. Muniz singled, scoring two runs, to give Corning Varsity Cardinals the lead, 5-4.
