Gavin Cooper, Logan Russo, and Brandon Jones combined for five of the team's nine hits in the victory. They scored three runs and drove in five. Westhill Junior Varsity Vikings won thanks in part to six runs in the fifth inning. Owen Hodson singled, scoring two runs, Gavin Cooper singled, scoring one run, Logan Russo doubled, scoring two runs, and a steal of home scored one run. Westhill Junior Varsity Vikings got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Stratton Fine singled to center field, and Andrew Drexel doubled to center field, each scoring one run. Danny Fayer earned the win for Westhill Junior Varsity Vikings. The right-handed pitcher gave up five hits and one run over four innings, striking out one and walking six. #16 took the loss for St. Josephs JV. The hurler went four innings, allowing two runs on four hits, striking out seven and walking three. Leo Ovalles, Andrew Drexel, and Jake Thielen each came on in relief for Westhill Junior Varsity Vikings and shutdown St. Josephs JV. Westhill Junior Varsity Vikings accumulated nine hits in the game.
