Aidan Dube doubled in the fifth inning, doubled in the second inning, and singled in the first inning. Mark Sytnyk struck out 11 batters on the day. The pitcher also gave up four hits and zero runs over seven innings while walking one. Westhill Varsity Vikings got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Matthew Brucker drew a walk, scoring one run, Daurin Arias doubled, scoring two runs, and an error scored two runs. Westhill Varsity Vikings added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Aidan Dube doubled down the left field line, and David Quattrocchi singled to center field, each scoring one run. Dylan Depree took the loss for Stamford Varsity Black Knights. The hurler went three innings, surrendering seven runs (four earned) on six hits, striking out three and walking three.
