Brodheadsville, PA — After a heartbreak 10-8 loss to Nazareth in the EPC Championship game on Tuesday, the girls had to take a step back and regroup. They came to practice on Wednesday hungry and ready to bounce back!! With only one day of rest in between a championship game and a district playoff game, the Bears gave all they had and came away with an awesome 16-9 victory over Liberty yesterday. We had 6 different scorers and 10 of 16 goals were assisted. Our defense played locked down and only allowed 4 goals in the second half! Our season is NOT over yet. We are super excited to keep playing strong and together during this playoff run. Thank you to everyone that came out to support!! Our next game will be on Monday at Northampton High School. (Time and opponent TBD) We're going to need everyone there in blue to support the Bears!!! GO BEARS!!!!!
