Mount Pleasant, MI — M3 Mahem Mt. Pleasant Central Lake 25-10, 25-11 Shepherd 25-13, 25-11 Freeland 26-28, 25-17 Gold Bracket First Round Petoskey 25-12, 24-26, 15-7 Quarterfinals Bay City Western 25-23, 23-25, 15-11 Semifinals Traverse City West 25-20, 25-15 Finals 25-23, 17-25, 14-16 Record: 26-10-1 BNC: 7-2 At TC Central Was a long day of competition ending at 7 pm and coming up just short in the finals having set point at 14-13 to the #1 D3 Valley Lutheran. Couldn’t finish but it was our 3rd 3 setter in the last 4 matches. Finishing 2nd out of 30 teams isn’t bad:) Overall, another good day of volleyball continuing to get better. Playing 7 matches and consistently playing only 8 players we were running low on the gas tank. I continue to be happy with our progress.
