Whittier, CA — Javier Macias threw a gem on Tuesday for Pioneer Titans Varsity, allowing zero runs and besting Artesia by a score of 11-0. Pioneer secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fifth inning. Xavier Cervantes, Druw Galindo, and Nathan Ruano powered the big inning with RBIs. The Titans opened up scoring in the first inning. Macias tripled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run. Pioneer put up six runs in the fifth inning.
