Whittier, CA — The Titans, who just came off a sweep over John Glenn, couldn't keep up with 1st place Cerritos and fell 22-1 on Tuesday. Rezendez was on the hill for Cerritos. Rezendez surrendered one run on four hits over six innings, striking out 14 and walking zero. Adrian Hernandez led things off on the pitcher's mound for Pioneer, striking out the first 3 batters against the defending league champs. However, Hernandez surrendered seven runs on two hits in the second inning. Joaquin Trinidad and Nick Garcia entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and a third innings and two innings respectively.
