Wichita, KS — West Pioneers Varsity defeated Heights 6-0 on Tuesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Garryn Plummer struck out N Campbell to finish off the game. Micah Dvorak collected four hits in four at bats to help lead West Pioneers Varsity to victory. Dvorak singled in the first, singled in the third, tripled in the fifth, and singled in the seventh. West Pioneers Varsity got things started in the first inning when Dvorak singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run. One bright spot for Heights was a single by G Oakley in the second inning.
