Goddard, KS — Goddard Lions Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 5-3 loss to Central on Friday. Central scored on a single by Blackman in the first inning and a single by Bell in the second inning. Central got things moving in the first inning. Central scored one run when Blackman singled.
