Royal Oak, MI — The Bears lost to Birmingham Groves in the District Final 54-44. Our girls fell behind early and were down 30-20 at halftime. After an up & down 3rd quarter & trailing 41-29, Berkley was unable to recover. The Bears played hard the entire game but it just wasn’t enough. Scoring for BHS, Ashley Loon 18, Ry Sanom 8, Ava Beard 7, Maeve Nolan 4, Aurora Sousanis 4 & Sammi Withrow had 3 points. The Bears finish the season 11-6.
