North Haven, CT — In a game the Mustangs took the lead 27 seconds in, they never looked back. Going into today’s non-conference matchup with North Haven, the boys knew this would be their toughest matchup they have experienced in the young season. The offense was on display again, netting 15 goals on the day. Goal scoring was led by Corsi (5), McKenna (5) and Junior Middie Will Hartung (3). Sophomore Charlie Orben scored his first career Varsity goal, early in the 2nd quarter. The defense stifled a very talented North Haven offense, holding them to only 6 goals on 12 shots. The defense was led by Senior RJ Ihlefeld (7 gbs). The Mustangs look to push their streak to 4 when they visit Lymon Hall on Tuesday evening.
