Easton, PA — Ramirez's Walk-Off Gives Easton Area Red Rovers Varsity Victory Over Louis E. Dieruff Easton seized victory in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off walk at the end of the game to topple Louis E. Dieruff. The game was tied at four with Easton Area Red Rovers Varsity batting in the bottom of the seventh when Justin Ramirez drew a walk, scoring one run. The Rovers earned the victory despite allowing Louis E. Dieruff to score four runs in the second inning. The offensive firepower by Louis E. Dieruff was led by J. Gonazlez, Ventura, and Gonzalez, who all drove in runs. Easton put up three runs in the fourth inning. Mario Embardino, Alex Cameron, and Max Squarcia all contributed in the big inning with RBIs. Jacob Hirner earned the win with three innings of relief. Polanco was on the hill for Louis E. Dieruff. The hurler allowed three hits and four runs over three and a third innings, striking out three and walking one. Suarez threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Easton collected six hits. Squarcia and Cameron all managed multiple hits for Easton. Suarez led Louis E. Dieruff with two hits in three at bats.
