Shakopee, MN — Four runs batted in from Chase Classen on three triples helped lead the Burnsville Blaze 9A past Shakopee 9A 23-1 on Monday. Classen drove in runs on a triple in the fourth and a triple in the fifth. Burnsville Blaze 9A got things started in the first inning. With 2 outs, AJ Galvin doubled to centerfield. Greydon Isebrand drove in Galvin with a single to right field. Kenny Steffen hit the next pitch to the second baseman scoring Greydon. Burnsville Blaze 9A notched ten runs in the third inning. The offensive firepower was led by John Santelman, Isebrand, Kenny Steffen, Branden Einberger, and Nick Discher who all drove in runs. Discher got the win for Burnsville Blaze 9A. The pitcher went five innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out 12. Burnsville Blaze 9A had 20 hits in the game. Isebrand (4 hits, 4 RBI) B.
