The Longhorns used a heavy dose of the run game to distance themselves from the Panthers in the 2nd half.

Paige Dimler did the opposing team no favors on Wednesday, picking up four hits over four at bats and leading Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns Varsity to a 8-1 win over Patrick Henry. Dimler singled in the first, homered in the second, doubled in the fifth, and homered in the sixth.

The RBV Lady Longhorns nabbed the lead late in the game in a 4-3 victory over Torrey Pines on Tuesday. RBV was down 3-2 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Ava Bradford singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs to give RBV the lead for good.

RBV Longhorns beat Escondido 4-2 on Saturday.
