Redlands defeated Hemet at Hemet 3-0, 25-18, 25-17, 25-22.
Redlands swept Hillcrest (Riverside) in the Gold Medal final of Citrus Valley High School's Blackhawk Tournament. Hillcrest fought back in the semifinal against Arrowhead Christian Academy to win in three sets, but ultimately, the Terriers prevailed in the tournament. Redlands won the first set 25-18, and the second set 25-19.
Redlands defeated Diamond Bar in the semifinals of the Gold bracket at the Blackhawk Classic held at Citrus Valley High School. The match, which followed pool play, was best of three sets, with the first two sets to 25, and the third set, which was not necessary, to 15. The final set score was Redlands 25-10, 25-11
Game three of pool play for Redlands was against Hemet at the Blackhawk Classic held at Citrus Valley High School. Pool play was best of three sets, with the unusual cap of 15 per match.
