Wednesday we wrapped up our third and final day of testing with our HS team. Our team showed great intensity, teamwork, and drive this week while testing. The current and future outlook is bright with some great effort and numbers in the weight room and on the field this week. This video is only of the Senior class. Tonight we had our Herman Gibbs Youth camp for our 3rd-5th grade future Generals. We had over 25 HS athletes stay and help coach up our youth kids, it was great to see our present athletes connect with the future athletes. This team, athletes, and community continue to amaze us with support. We were also blessed to have Herman Gibbs in attendance, and he got the chance to talk our future Generals to show just how important this football program is to him and our community. This past week our HS athletes completed the first ever Camp Paradise, working extremely hard as a team, and allowing themselves to improve and get prepared for this upcoming fall. We were also blessed with great sponsors that allowed all of the athletes that completed everyday to receive a Camp Paradise shirt, and for all participants to get a meal on Thursday. We would like give a huge thank you to Austin Wealth Solutions for providing the awesome shirts and Tumbleweed for providing a fantastic meal to our team on Thursday!! Here is a highlight video from last week, showing the hard work of our athletes last week. Thank you for all the support and GO WOO!
