The last game is always a sad moment but it was great to see how the girls were passing the ball around nicely, working hard for each other , being mobile and finishing very well in front of goal and some of those goals being struck well from distance.
Good energy and physical game tonight and we came out of it with a deserved 1-0 victory.
Our Viking girls dominated the game especially the first half and if it wasn't for some safe hands in the West Ranch goal we could have been more than one up. the girls were peppering the goal with shots.
Despite going 1-0 up in the first half our play was too sloppy. Castaic didn't give us much time on the ball but even so the passing and mobility and winning the first and second ball needed to be better.
