Mariah Elohim finished with 21 points, 14 rebounds and three steals, Kristan Yumul had 13 points, three assists and two steals, and Lindsey Castillo had 10 points, four rebounds and three steals to lead Westlake to a 61-51 victory over Calabasas in a Marmonte League game. Soleil Nerdin had seven points, 11 rebounds and a block and London Gamble had seven points, 14 rebounds and five assists for the Warriors (14-5, 2-0).

Mariah Elohim scored 20 points, London Gamble had 10 points and Soleil Nerdin added eight points to lead Westlake (13-5, 1-0) to a 48-41 victory over Newbury Park in a Marmonte League opener.

Soley Nerdin was named to the all-tournament team for the Warriors (11-5). Sofi Maldonado had 18 points, Abrial Ramirez had seven points and 10 rebounds and Yazmin Wiggins added five points and seven rebounds for the Saints (9-5). Suzy Quintana was named to the all-tournament team for Santa Clara.
