Masuk defeats New Milford

Masuk defeated New Milford 2-1 in a pitching duel on Tuesday. Justin Fanning threw 6 innings of 1 run ball for his first career win. Fanning allowed only two hits while striking out 5. Justin Feinstein came in and threw a scoreless seventh inning to earn the save. New Milford pitcher Jason Muller threw a great game as well, allowing no hits in six innings. The Masuk offense all came in the second inning on 5 consecutive walks. Chris Welch(scored), Quinn McGuire(scored), and Evan Alderman all walked to load the bases. Then Chris Cascella and Colin Hope walked to push in the two runs needed to win the game.
