About Me

BS from Grand Canyon University in Performance Psychology MA from Ball State University in Athletic Coaching ISSA Master Level Trainer CFL1 Currently studying for CSCS from NSCA In HS I ran 100, 200, 400, 4x1, 4x4, LJ, TJ, SP, DT. Earning 1st Team All-League Honors Junior and Senior Year. I was a 3-year Varsity Starter in Football 1st Team All-League Junior and Senior Year Also participated in both basketball and baseball as an underclassman. In college I ran the 200, 400, and before I got hurt was training to be my school’s decathlete. I was also in the military and according to my MOS I was required to run 5 miles at a 7:30 min pace and my fastest 2 mile was an 11:20. I have coached every level from Kinder-College. Football, Baseball, Wrestling, Soccer, Tennis, and Track & Field.
