About Me

I am the Head Coach of girls wrestling at El Toro High School in Lake Forest, CA. El Toro High School follows national rules and regulations of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS.org). El Toro H.S. competes in the Southern Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIFSS.org). In 2025, we have 40+ girls on the roster for our JV and varsity teams. I competed year-around in folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco Roman wrestling for 10 years. I was an elite wrestling club coach for 7 years and I also coached at Tustin and Beckman High School for 3 additional years.
