Girls Varsity Beach Volleyball (2023 - 2024) Team Record (0 - 0)

The JSerra Girls Beach Volleyball team pushed its' shutout streak to six consecutive matches, as the Lions blanked rival Santa Margarita, 5-0, Tuesday afternoon at JSerra Catholic High School. The Lions are now 6-1 on the season and improve to 3-0 in Trinity League play. Sophomores Sara Moynihan and Emma Champagne continued their season-long undefeated streak as a duo this season, winning 21-8 and 21-15. Junior Ruby Hill and sophomore Skylar Noble (21-18, 21-12), juniors Grace Fogel and Nicole Thorp (21-16, 21-12), and freshman Katherine Nowak and sophomore Catherine Beadles (21-10, 21-15) also won in straight sets. The Lions’ fifth line tandem of freshman Berit Brinkema and sophomore Charlotte Nowak dropped their first set 20-22, but rallied to win the next two sets 21-18 and 15-8 to help seal the shutout.
