The JSerra Girls Flag Football team snapped a two-game losing streak on Tuesday, as the Lions defeated Dana Hills, 39-7 in a nonleague game at JSerra Catholic High School.
The victory improves JSerra to 10-2 on the season.
Freshman quarterback Ava Van Heerde connected on 25-of-42 passes for 337 yards and five touchdown passes.
Sophomore Avery Olson led the Lions with six receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown.
Senior Shea Gonzalez recorded five receptions for 68 yards and two touchdowns, the second one coming from freshman quarterback Grace Tollner.
Sophomore Kai Beary hauled in four catches for 64 yards and a touchdown.
Sophomore Stella Day and senior Molly Harrington each had a touchdown reception.
Senior Cora Finn and freshman Vivian Beary each had an interception, while sophomore Dylan Sakayan had a team high five flag pulls.
