JROTC Program (2024 - 2025)

7:00 a.m. before school begins, battalion executive officer and operations officer train staff members on mission analysis, planning, and task writing for the battalion orders process. Cadets learn the importance of setting clear goals for subordinate units to execute their missions. Staff members are learning the 7-step problem-solving/decision-making process (IGBADDI) also known as Planning Projects.
