Make sure you get plenty of sleep the night before. 9+ hours. This is important, less injuries when you are well rested. Don't eat a huge breakfast before training. You can eat a to go breakfast or a snack before school. Bring your own. What to bring: *appropriate gym training clothes (JSerra)and gym shoes. *school uniform to change into for class *towel, shower gel any other self cleaning aid to take showers *snack for after gym and before class *water bottle

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6am-7:30am at JSerra weight room, lower level of the sports pavilion. ARRIVE ON TIME 6AM SHARP!
