Here is a tentative timeline: Day 1: 7am to 11am - Coaches Certification - Strength & Cond. and Weight Room Safety (Coaches Only) 11am to Noon - Lunch Break Noon to 2pm - Be an 11 Seminar - Character Education, Leadership Training and Team Building (Coaches and Athletes) 2pm - 6pm - Day 1 of 2 Day Camp - Implementation of Strength & Cond. Program (Coaches and Athletes) Day 2: 8am to 2 or 3pm - Day 2 of 2 Day Camp - Implementation of Strength & Cond. Program (Coaches and Athletes) Areas of Focus: BFS INTRO-GENERAL OVERVIEW SAFETY & LIABILITY - AVOIDING LAWSUITS TOTAL PROGRAM INFORMATION / STUDENT PRE-ASSESSMENT 6 ABSOLUTES OF SAFETY AND TECHNIQUE BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS - IMPLEMENTING A BALANCED PROGRAM GOALS FOR STUDENT INVOLVEMENT / PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT DOT DRILL (AGILITY) / DYNAMIC WARM UP FLEXIBILITY / RANGE OF MOTION / MOBILITY CORE LIFTS: Parallel Squat and Variations, Bench Press & Variations, Power Clean & Deadlift WEIGHT ROOM SAFETY - EQUIPMENT LAYOUT, ETC... PROGRAM OPTIONS - PE PROGRAMS / FITNESS - ATHLETICS, ETC.. SETS & REPS AUX. LIFTS - RULES PLYOMETRICS / SPEED / AGILITY Goal = Minimizing injury rates and maximizing athletic performance.
