Tradition continues

The return of the Penders Memorial Scholarship Game after 2 years off due to Covid concerns was worth the wait. East Catholic and Stratford High, two programs linked with Penders Family ties, had played 37 straight times between 1982 and 2019. But coming through after the Covid 2 year interruption, the 2022 edition of the game surely brought some exciting baseball to Penders Field.
