We need Donations of Soda/Water/Candy to sell in concessions and to borrow your EZ-up, hot water kettle, and ice chest for the day. They can be dropped off to the band room before Saturday and at Check in on Saturday morning. Be sure to put your name on them. Donations to date estimated at $2,921! Please bring in your items. Parents and Students! Charge your communication devices. Bring water. Start hydrating now! Stay Focused! Know where you need to be and be there. Arrive 7:30 am, Buses depart 8:30 am Parade 10:50 am Return to VHS 1pm. Lunch then report to work stations; 5:30 pm back in Uniform, warms ups etc leave for Stadium 7:20pm; 7:45pm Performance time, Out of uniform 8:30pm, back to work stations until clean up is done. The more on hand to clean up the faster we can all get home. PARENTS, when picking up come early and pitch in. Easy ups, ice chests, and kettles can be picked up at the end of the day.

Description

Parade in the morning; volunteer at Field Show, perform in the evening and return to volunteering. This is a HUGE fundraiser for our program, please plan on participating by donating supplies and your time. Parent Volunteers NEEDED. If you are available ANY TIME on Saturday from 6:30 am to 11pm please stop by the check in table and help us out, it will be fun! - *** ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND TO SEE THE SHOW OR SHARE WITH ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER! ***
