2017 Austin Gorrell Memorial Baseball Classic Home Run Derby Friday November 17, 2017 at Ryan Bonaminio Park in Riverside, CA - 5000 Tequesquite Ave. Riverside, CA 92506 Player Check in will begin at 5 PM and HR Derby will begin promptly at 5:30 PM Each participating team in the tournament can send one representative to compete in this event Players must provide their own pitcher, we will provide L-Screen and Baseballs. Format will be timed rounds cutting the field in half each round until the final two participants are left. In the Championship Round each player will have 10 outs to hit as many Home Runs as possible. An out is an swing which doesn't result in a home run. Winner of the Home Run Derby will be awarded a Custom Wood Bat. We will be selling Tacos and Sodas and all proceeds raised will be going to the Scholarship Fund.
