This will be for our Varsity team members only (except Varsity Line). Players participating in the 7s do not need to attend the weightroom session on that day. They will need to arrive at Crescenta Valley HS at 4:00pm. This event should end by 6:45ish. All Frosh/Soph players, as well as the Varsity line will have a normal practice on Tuesday.
