Team meet up: 7:30am The girls will leave with their Coaches to head to warm up on the mats. Parents are not allowed in the warm up area. When the girls arrive at 7:30am they need to be completely ready to go. Cheer Showtime is set for 8:50AM and Hip hop 10:00AM awards will be at 12:40PM. Please make sure the girls are well rested and have eaten a good breakfast prior to the team meet up. Don’t forget to wear VPW spirit wear/colors (black,red,white,silver)!!
