We will leave from the high school at 6:15am. I need you at the school at 6am to be sure we have all parental consent forms and entry fees organized. Enter through the doors on the southeast side of the school (close to the bus lane and orchestra room).
This is the first meet of the year for us and the competition lifts are Squat, Bench, Deadlift (instead of Clean).
