Boys season comes to an end

Ionia had 2 wrestlers compete in the MHSAA individual regionals today at Allendale High School: Carter Castillo and Hunter Barker. Unfortunately both wrestlers went 1-2 today making it to the blood round, but both ended 1 win away from going to the state finals. Both wrestlers had a great senior campaign with Hunter Barker finishing the season 42-12 and Carter Castillo finishing with a record of 36-8 . We are extremely proud of these guys and their work ethics and leadership in the wrestling room this year.
