Athletic Clearances Attention! The Athletic Clearances must be updated on a yearly basis. On May 1st the 2017-18 school year will close and the 2018-19 year will open up. Once that is open, incoming freshman will be able to complete the online forms and upload the physical form. Athletes already in the system will need to update any information as well as upload a new physical form
