Please plan to arrive between 0900 and 0930am. Parker Rugby is Unit Number 22 - you may be asked what Unit you are if you want to use the Walker parking. Parking/Drop Off - Walkers arriving to meet their units should be prepared to do one of the following when approaching the parade area by car. DROP OFF/MEETING YOUR UNIT/PARKING Here are some options that are adjacent to the staging area. Please note that you will need to approach east via Lincoln Av then south on Pine Dr due to road closures. 1. The Douglas County/Parker Library Drop off only, only stopping for drop-off (you may NOT park here and walk your child – this is a strict drop off and leave area) If you choose this option, ENTER FROM GATE A only – you will be turned away at any other gate - proceed to Library DROP OFF AREA: drop off your peeps and leave. Note: Absolutely no parking – just drop off and leave the lot the way you entered and proceed to Pine Dr. away from the staging area. 2. PARK anywhere in the grassy Pine Curve Parking area and walk to your unit’s meeting location. This parking area is located on the east side of Pine Drive and Mainstreet. Staging location - we will be meeting at our Staging spot on Mainstreet, directly in front of the Pace Center (in between the groups from the Rotary Club and Dance School). There will be a white F150 Truck, and a white Jeep, both with signs on them. Wolfhounds and Titans will get team shirts to put on over their clothing at the meeting point. Timing - Meet at Staging point 0900-0930 Parade starts at 10am Walking Parade route takes approx 16 mins... we are number 22 out of 57, so I expect we will be finished walking about 10:45... but of course I want to stay to the end to see Santa!! I think its all done by 11:30
