If players and/or guardians are unable to attend, please inform your coach ASAP to ensure information is provided after the meeting. However, in person attendance is highly encouraged. The handbook includes an acknowledgement form that MUST be signed and returned prior to competing in a match on a Wisconsin Dells Volleyball team.

This is a required meeting for players and at least one of their guardians. This meeting covers the entire program handbook and shares other important information as we head into the 2026 season and opening competitions. All three teams within our program will be announced and will scrimmage as part of the meeting.
