Bring Completed: Choice Contract; Home Campus print out. Physical forms will be provided. Choices contract will be provided by the school when they return. Home Campus will open on the first day back to school. After clearance, players will meet at MVHS to receive gear. Must have ASB CLEARANCE AND a lock for your locker in order to get gear. Players will be issued the following: Helmet Shoulder Pads Girdle Knee pads Practice pants and jersey Players are responsible for: Mouthguard (Cannot be red or have any accessories) Cleats Drip 😂

All players mandatory to show up for physical and ASB clearance. Must bring Choices Contract and Home Campus print out (not available yet). If you had your physical completed, you are required to still show up to get cleared.
