About Me

Hello, My name is Sakarah Buckner. I attend Long Beach Poly High School in Long Beach CA. I am currently a sophomore on the varsity softball team. I am a utility player. I enjoy playing second base and center field. I am not limited to these two positions, I can adapt to any situation my team needs. My strengths are my speed and power. Durning my high school career thus far, I have maintained a competitive grade point average. My present GPA is a 4.0. I currently bat above a .500 against top tier travel ball and high school teams. My home plate to first base time is 2.78 seconds and my home to home time is 11.90 seconds. I am continually working my skill level. I am excited about my continued success both on the softball field and in my academic future. I hope you will have the opportunity to watch me play this coming season.
