As our previous notification stated we identified an issue with some of the player’s records. We have also found that there was an error in the automatic billing process within Affinity. Due to this issue, some players have not been charged since March. I will be working on manually processing the credit cards on file and identifying all the player affected by this issue. If you foresee any issues with the payments going through, please contact us right away to discuss. Again, we apologize for any this may cause and we ask that you please be patient with us while we get all player records corrected.
