We are 9 days away from our Inaugural Opening Day! I am sending you information that we think contains all you need to know. Please reach out if you have questions to me directly. I will provide my contact information at the end of this bulletin.

Photo start times for teams: Please arrive 20 minutes early and check in with your Team Parent! Please be prompt, as pictures move quickly.

14U - 9:30 a.m.
13U - 9:50 a.m.
12U - 10:10 a.m.
11U - 10:30 a.m.
10U - 10:50 a.m.
8U - 11:15 a.m.

Photo packets will be distributed on Friday, 8/16. Bring your completed photo packet with you. The players will give them to the Team Managers when they line up for photos.

What to Wear:
Game Day Home Jerseys, Game Day Pants, White Crew Length Under Armor Socks, Pads helmets and cleats. (Note: Uniforms will he handed out to Head Coaches next week to distribute to the players.)

Optional Player Contests:
Start time at 10:00 on the field. Players sign up for contests. Contest will run from 10:00 - 11:30.

We will need parent volunteers to run the snack bar and spirit wear tables. Sibling or friends 16 years and older are also welcome to volunteer and will qualify for Service Hours.

Silent Auction:
Coordinate with your team mom on team silent auction item baskets.
