Here’s the plan to get our payments for traveling. Estimated total cost is $1250 per player. All including. Flights. Hotels. College visits. Tournament fee. Meals. Etc.

Commitment Deposit of $250, per player, due Jan 12, to reserve the flights at that price. Payment to my Venmo or my PayPal account. Whichever is easier. Please leave players names, grades, and positions.

Of course you can pay more than $250 if you want to. You can pay the entire $1250 now and have any fundraising reimbursement come back to you. I will keep accounts and receipts for all players.

Once our fundraising BLAST starts we’ll be keeping accounts for all players, and keep a total of all the money raised per player.

We will have more payment dates as time ramps up towards March. The final $1250 will be due prior to departure. Please note that I don’t plan or have the ability to front costs for players. Please plan accordingly.

Parents traveling with the team... we can get the hotels and flights at those prices. You will have to rent your own vehicle and of course be responsible for your own meals. (Of course can eat with the team tho) I look forward to traveling with a good group of parents and having that cheering section really will help the boys. So if you want those prices and travel with the team, please pay the $250 deposit as well.

We are taking 15 players on varsity, 15 on Jv, give or take. And 5 or so coaches. Any questions please let me know.
