Dear PVSC Families,

We at PVSC believe that the safety of our players/families and staff are of the utmost importance to us.

With the increasing number of cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) being reported across the world, we will be cancelling all soccer related activities (trainings, GK trainings, Skills Clinics) until further notice. We do not have any plan at this point in time to cancel the season. We are planning to get the players, families and coaches back out on the fields.

In an attempt to help every family as much as we can here at PVSC. For every family that is on a payment plan, we have deferred April’s registration payment to the end of your current plan. We are hoping that this will eliminate some financial worries.

We have been in contact with SoccerLoco and the online store is open for purchasing of PVSC Game Uniforms. The customization process can take some time so please do not delay. Please work with your Team Managers to ensure each player is assigned a jersey number. Use the link below for instructions on how to order from SoccerLoco. We do plan on returning to soccer as soon as we are provided the go ahead so highly suggest purchasing your uniforms as soon as you can.

To reinforce health safety and best practices for illness prevention, please read the list below:
· Clean your hands often
o Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
o If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
o Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
· Avoid close contact
o Avoid close contact with people who are sick
o Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
· Stay home if you’re sick
o Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.
· Cover coughs and sneezes
o Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
o Throw used tissues in the trash.
o Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
· Wear a facemask if you are sick
o If you are sick: You should wear a facemask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. If you are not able to wear a facemask (for example, because it causes trouble breathing), then you should do your best to cover your coughs and sneezes, and people who are caring for you should wear a facemask if they enter your room. Learn what to do if you are sick.
o If you are NOT sick: You do not need to wear a facemask unless you are caring for someone who is sick (and they are not able to wear a facemask). Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for caregivers.
· Clean and disinfect
o Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
o If surfaces are dirty, clean them: Use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.

Thank you and please let myself or your coach know if we can help with anything during this time.

All our best,

Board of Directors
