Hey Team,

There will be no practice this week because of the heat advisory. Temperatures are expected to reach 100 degrees which makes it too hot to practice safely.

Instead we will be at the Pool at Montavilla Park from 6-8pm cooling off and enjoying some Team Bonding Time.
