Hello Everyone,

In order to participate in most tournaments, they require a verification of players age/grade to try to keep cheating out of the sport. Everyone should have received an email today requesting that you join Zorts. When you click on the link, they will ask for some information, to sign a waiver, and for you to purchase a "player card" for $10. This player card requires proof of identity for the player, which is usually birth certificate, ID, and/or report card. The card is good for one year and covers all tournaments that use Zorts. Many returning players will already have a player card and won't have to purchase another one. We know at least 2 of the tournaments we are in use Zorts. Unfortunately everyone needs to do this within the next 3 days to be eligible for the Atlanta tournament. If not done, they will not be allowed to play.

I apologize for the last minute notice, but we just found this out today. I sent the requests to the parent email we have from registration or the email of the player if we did not have a parent email. If you did not receive an email from Zorts, please let me know in the comments ASAP. I will be checking Zorts everyday to ensure everyone gets this done so we have no issues in Atlanta. My husband and I are the only 2 people handling everything for 96 kids, so please get this done so I don't have to chase you down. I really appreciate it. Have a great evening!
